How to treat clogged pores like black heads and white heads, how to minimize the look of the pores on your face not just that you will be know about some great masks which helps to minimize your pores.
Reasons to have open pores:
Pores are basically small openings in your skin in which sweat and oil secreted. There are 3 main and basic reasons to have large pores.
The first and the main cause of open pores can be of skin sagging or losing its firmness. Losing your skin firmness can make your pores looks large. When we age our skin gets mature and by which we may lose its elasticity, as our skin slows down its collagen production and the elastin support that used to provide your skin a cushion that use to hide your pores. So, if you are 30+then you must step-up the anti-aging game by providing your skin something which increase your skin collagen production. You may have to induce your collagen production with the help of Vitamin A like Retinol, Retinoid, Retinoic Acid, and Vitamin B3 like niacinamaide, Vitamin C like L-Ascorbic Acid. These are the wonderful active ingredients which can be found easily in the market to increase your collagen production. But if you are in your teen age or in your 20’s then you should not have to incorporate yourself into these active ingredients. Then your step should be to keep your skin clean, hydrated and moisturize well and never neglect to do it. Some of us at that age neglect to keep their skin hydrated and moisturize because they feel like their skin is oily so they just want it to keep dry, but pores looks more visible on dry skin. So, you need good hydration and good miniaturization by using humectants like hyaluronic Acid and by drinking plenty of water.
Full on oil production enlarge your pores
The second reason of having large pores is the excessive sebum production. Especially in summer time most of the people tends to have the extra oily skin as the summer heat, heats the skin and will raise the temperature of our skin it speeding up the trans epidermal water loss (TEWL) process that means your skin is losing up your water content inside your skin as we do sweat a lot in summers which causes dehydration so to compensate our dehydration our skin pumps out more oil to balance the dehydration. Keep your toners, your serums in your fridge. And try to control or regulate your sebum production.
Congested pores problems
It’s just like traffic jam in your pores may enlarge your pores. So, any kind of accumulated products or dirt inside your pores, or if you try to squeeze or pick the skin (like we do to pick out our pimples) then it is so obvious to have enlarged pores. The basic step to treat this problem is to remove your makeup every night before going to sleep. Do not just rely on makeup wipes because there still some of the makeup left on your skin which causes the dirt let inside your pores making them looks bigger.
How to cure congested pore problem:
Always do double cleansing to make sure that there is no makeup left on your skin.
Do exfoliate your skin like dissolve your gunk by using chemical exfoliates like AHA and BHA. It is a long term solution and prevention of having clogged pores. It is very gentle and effective rather than any other scrubs. BHA is a chemical exfoliates that is oil soluble. Inside of our pores there is mainly oil so BHA has an ability to penetrate and meet the oil and dissolve the oil and clean the pores. If you use BHA two to three times a week with the strength of 2% then it can prevent your skin to have clogged pores.
You can also use some of the absorbing ingredients such as charcoal, bentonite clay, and kaolin clay two to three times a week. Do not use them daily as it may make your skin dry. Find a good hydrating clay makes is a very good idea. Clay mask has better intensity to reach the pores than any other scrubs have. Try to wear less make up especially in summer time.
